Last September, Samsung rolled out a new update in their Android operating system, namely the Android 5.0 Lollipop update, on the Samsung Galaxy Note series, including the Note 4 and its predecessors Note 3 and Note Edge. However, no update comes without problems, as Note users had been plagued with problems on their devices. These issues caused by the new Android 5.0 Lollipop update on Note devices can be attended to by Melbourne Samsung service providers for repair.
